Community Based Exercise Opportunity for Long Term Care, Home Care/Hospice, and Clinics – September 22, 2026
- This will be a Community Based Functional Exercise opportunity to test your activation of evacuation plans. There will NOT be actual movement of patients/residents during this exercise.
- There will be 2 opportunities to participate in this exercise: 9:00 am – 11:30 am and 1:00 pm – 3:30 pm. Please only register one person from your organization for this exercise. Additional information is available on the registration page.
